Event Coordinator
to join our Conference & Events team.
Luton Hoo, one of the country's finest 5 star hotels, is set in the heart of 165 acres of historic gardens and parkland. Excellent transport links mean we are only 3 minutes by train from St Pancras, a 1 minute drive to Luton Airport and 5 minutes from the M1.

Event Coordinator Overview:
We are looking for an Events Coordinator with a welcoming personality to make The Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa an experience to remember. As Events Coordinator you will deal with all sales enquiries concerning weddings, functions & conferences. As Events Coordinator responsibilities will include meeting clients, producing quotations, contracts and invoices and function details. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your Events experience within a 5* environment.

Attributes/Experience
Candidates must be able to demonstrate an excellent and high level skills in diary management, communication and customer service. Good administration, IT skills and attention to detail are paramount. Candidates must be able to deal with a wide range of corporate and private clientele in a confident and professional manner.
