Ikano Bank are very excited to announce that they are currently recruiting for two Sales Engagement Coordinator – ; This position may be office based in Nottingham or home based. The Role As a Sales Engagement Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact at a Senior Operations level within Ikano’s Partner businesses to ensure that all key profit KPI’s are met in line with agreed targets. This will be achieved through effective relationship management, being an Ikano ambassador and through showing a deep-rooted understanding of the Partner and Ikano businesses. You will be office or home based, reporting to the Ikano Account ; Key Accountabilities As Sales Engagement Coordinator you will have the following responsibilities: • Work with the Partner to deliver a set of objectives and KPI’s that will drive the performance of the portfolio, in terms of acquiring profitable new Customers and driving profitable sales from existing Customers. • Monitor the overall KPI performance of your allocated regions and feedback achievements to all key stakeholders with recommendations and action plans for areas of focus to improve performance. This will be achieved by conducting detailed operational reviews and developing KPI focused action plans in association with the Regional Management teams. • Regional KPI’s that will be tracked against target will include but are not exclusive to; In-store applications (including I-applications against pen targets), regional credit sales & associated penetration, % of accounts with never spend, average transaction values, active accounts & balances along with regional contribution. Stakeholder Management • Work with the Account Manager to develop and manage the operational element of the account plan which ensures that the account objectives, in relation to acquisition volumes, credit sales, quality accounts, account contribution are delivered by Ikano. • Assume responsibility for the stakeholder management and communications within your allocated regions in identifying opportunities & influencing change. • Attend monthly team reviews of the operational plan with the Account Manager to ensure that objectives and priorities are fed back & meet both Ikano and Partner requirements. • Act as the interface between Ikano and Field Operations, ensuring competitor and marketplace intelligence is effectively acted upon with the business. • Produce effective and creative presentations that motivate stakeholders to advocate the product and drive the necessary KPI performance. Marketing & Customer Outcomes • Take ownership of specific projects that can be rolled out across the team, for example to enhance a specific process or to share learnings and best practice. • Help deliver a motivational environment that ensures Partner Co-workers increase their engagement and have the competence and confidence to deliver improvements in sales productivity. • Be required to analyse and interpret regional sales & KPI performance as well as provide timely insight & reporting into partner incentives. This will require you to liaise closely with Ikano’s portfolio analytics team for the provision of meaningful store reporting and performance reviews. Risk & Compliance • Under new FCA regulations within the Consumer Credit Sourcebook you will work with the relevant Partner contacts to administer and log remediation plans for non-compliant ; • Support in the re-training of store personnel as and where required. You will also be responsible in facilitation of partner’s updating and logging all relevant training records every 6 months for your allocated partner ; • Review daily store reports issued centrally by Ikano for your allocated regions and action any performance issues. • Own the administrative tasks for your region, ensuring that distribution lists, Partner store lists and contact records are updated, maintained and are accurate. About You To be successful for the role of Sales Engagement Coordinator, you will have: • Ideally, a sales background in either retail, banking or financial services • Demonstrable experience of influencing and managing senior stakeholders, as well as delivering sales presentations and training. • The ability to analyse data and negotiate with the Partners on behalf of Ikano Bank. • The skills to be proactive and a positive team player in building trusting relationships with both colleagues and external Partners. The Closing Date for this position is Sunday 28 April 2019 with the First stage interview on Tuesday 7 May 2019. Rewards For the role of Sales Engagement Coordinator, there is a salary on offer in the range of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience plus a car allowance of £6k and contribution toward broadband expenses (depending whether you are office or home based).
