To deliver our promises to our customers we are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to appoint to the following key position: Finance Business Partner - Management Accounts Grade 11 (£ 36,493 - £39,062) Fixed Term Contract (12 months) The main purpose of the post is to be responsible for the production of the consolidated management accounts service including the production of the in house repairs service (Property Care) financial reporting. You will support FCHO's budgeting process including ongoing development and improvement as well as be responsible for the Management of the consolidated management accounts process ensuring appropriate oversight, accounting controls and audit trails are in place to produce budget information reports including full financial forecasts. You will lead on the production of Group Statutory Accounts and all regulatory returns, in accordance with financial policies, procedures and requirements of external bodies and the Homes & Communities Agency. You will also prepare the financial statements and working papers, to ensure audit compliance. Prepare and provide financial accounting information to internal and external audit as required.
