Reporting directly into the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger as well as assisting the Group Finance Manager.

  • Posting of purchase orders and invoices
  • Control of the purchase order system for the group
  • VAT processing
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Payment management
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Reconciliation of credit card statements
  • Posting of staff expenses
  • Managing the purchase order system
  • Keeping depreciation schedules
  • Liaising with the sales team on outstanding receivables
  • Undertaking financial administration and internal audits
  • Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
