Due to demand for their services, the team is currently seeking a talented Share Schemes, Reward Assistant Manager to be based in Birmingham. This dynamic fast paced practice continues to see year on year growth and is looking for driven individuals to come in and be a part of this success. Your responsibility will be to take control of a wide range of client projects whilst supervising the overall project management and delivery. This is a great opportunity to develop your Management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Demonstrate an understanding of project and programme management leading practices. Capture new business and develop client relationships. Recognise and manage potential issues during client assignments. Structure and manage projects or programmes of work which meet and exceed client. expectations and mitigate any risks or issues. Focus on achieving project / programme goals and objective. Requirements: Experience of share scheme incentive programmes gained in consultancy and/or large global corporate. Able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders at all levels to gain support for major changes and key decisions. Identify and discuss opportunities to delegate work to less experienced team members and facilitate learning.
