Payroll Finance Assistant
We are currently working with a large employer with over 500 sites up and down the UK. They are seeking a Payroll Finance Administrator to assist their payroll department in all aspects of a high volume outsourced payroll.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Processing a high volume outsourced payroll
- Preparing monthly payment calendars for payrolls and additional monthly items
- Entering and posting payments into various systems and processing monthly payroll journals.
- Liaising with management accountants regarding broad payroll queries.
Working hours are 9am-5pm, with 25 days holiday + bank holidays and other great benefits.
Successful candidates will be able to handle a fast paced environment and will have experience within payroll, journal creation/processing and excellent Excel skills.
