Job Description The Data Quality assistant manager role is an exciting opportunity for a data-focused individual to join the Enterprise Data Team within Lloyds Banking Group Transformation division. The Data team plays a key role in Lloyds Banking Group becoming the Best Bank for Customers, as we put our customers and their data across multiple platforms at the heart of the solutions we deliver. This is a great time to join our team as we lead the key Enterprise Data Enabler within the 3rd Group Strategic Review, delivering significant enterprise-wide data improvements including a strategic Single Customer View, and big data driven Enterprise Data Hub. The successful candidate will have responsibility for assessing and monitoring the quality of Customer Data held within the Operational Customer Information System (OCIS) that supports critical Business and customer facing processes throughout the Group. Key Accountabilities for this role: Collaboration with the wider data team to drive the improvement of data quality within OCIS Support DQ, Reconciliation & MI services Communicate data quality issues with business stakeholders Supports change projects by providing data testing within OCIS You'll champion the benefits of data management Strong Data Analysis and some stakeholder management What background are we looking for?
