The role:

PMC are looking for a Senior Analyst within our Application Support team who will be responsible for playing a senior role within our fantastic Service Desk and be critical in instilling a blend of process management, incident resolution and most importantly supporting our retail customers.

What you need to be successful:

Experience of resolving technical issues over the phone within retail would be preferred as well as experience of owning the end to end resolution of escalated incidents and service requests. Experience of mentoring a team around incident management, technical issue resolution with the ability and confidence to knowledge share is essential. Extensive experience within a helpdesk or service desk environment is crucial.
