And right now, we’re looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team on the Sulis Unit at St Martin’s Hospital, Bath to help us continue to change things for the better.

Working closely with our multidisciplinary team you’ll care for patients in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.

You will alongside the multi-disciplinary team to ensure excellent care is being delivered, and be part of an excellent team supporting the patient and their families in their journey from admission to discharge. You will also be assisting in the provision of delivering a high standard of care in order to promote the physical and emotional health needs of the patient.

This is an opportunity to put your existing skills to great use and be able to gain new skills by working in the multi-disciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge as a health care assistant or, if new to the role, you will be in a supportive learning environment where you can really develop, and have the opportunity to gain other addition skills. With excellent communication skills, an understanding of clear and precise documentation, and computer literacy will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
