Teaching Personnel are in the process of securing the right candidate for a Geography position at one of our partner schools in Bristol. The role will entail teaching Geography to KS3 & KS4 students in the school. The department obtains quality facilities and the backing from SLT to go on school trips that are Geography related through the academic year.
About the role
- Teacher of History
- Ages 11-16 (KS3-4)
- 5 days a week
- September Start
- £700-£775 per week
Temporary role covering maternity with the possibility to take a permanent role
Creating varied and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
There will be an expectation to create lesson plans and mark the student's work, as well as working closely with students on a 'one to one basis.'
A UK recognised teaching qualification (BA QTS, BSc QTS, PGCE)
Experience teaching History or Geography at secondary school (from KS3-KS4)
A positive attitude with a close attention to detail.
