Vastly experienced Service Delivery Manager (ITIL practitioner a must) whom has personally owned the service management end-to-end, from liaising with the most senior of stakeholder's right through to users, as well as all of the ITIL fundamentals (service design etc.) required.

Based in Milton Keynes, as a vastly experience SDM, you must boast a minimum of 5 years' experience within an IT Operations function that uses a Service Integration and Management approach and ITIL-aligned processes and 3 years' experience in a Service Management role with demonstrable expertise in managing 3rd party suppliers to deliver operational services and working with senior business stakeholders to elicit and deliver business services levels.

Joining the IT Transformation Programme from its initiation where the service delivery and operating model is being built from the foundation up, whilst not necessarily a technical expert, you will have sufficient understanding of IT technical towers (Infrastructure &/or Applications) to interact credibly with technical Subject Matter Experts, using your own or other's knowledge to support users in the resolution of technical problems .

Ideally, you will have played a key role in setting up and maturing a Service Management function and have a good understanding of IT Service Management Tools, particularly ServiceNow.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for owning a number of IT services across the full lifecycle to ensure they meet the standards required to support business users. You will be the primary link between assigned business stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers providing the service components that together make up a business service.
