Part Time Payroll & HR Coordinator - Newcastle - up to £22,000 pro rata
Your new company
A very exciting business based in Newcastle are looking to recruit a Payroll & HR Coordinator, to support their business on a part time basis, working 3 days per week.
Your new role
You will be responsible for processing end to end monthly payroll, create and maintain employees payroll records. Calculate wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records. Distribute payslips, send BACS reports and pension summaries. Issue P45's to leavers and reconcile payroll reports. HR administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, assist with recruitment, issuing contracts, letters updating and maintaining polices.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working within Payroll & HR. With excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience and understanding of PAYE, NI, statutory payments and deductions and the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines.
