Qualification Requirements:
* Hold a GCSE Grade A-C (9-4) in both maths and English or Functional Skills Level 2

We are looking for a well-motivated individual who is well spoken and confident in their approach to tasks. As an IT apprentice you will learn the ins and outs of not only different IT infrastructures but also the way in which we deal with different industry sectors.
Duties include:
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
* Providing 1st line support
* Logging calls
* Helping to install and configure computer systems
* Diagnosing hardware and software faults
* Solving technical and applications problems
Desired Skills:
* Good organisational and self-motivation skills
* Strong inter-personal and communication skills
* Problem Solving skills
* Ability to work with others
* Eager to learn and develop personal and IT skills
Future Prospects:
This is an entry level Apprentice role and all applicants should have a desire to develop and enhance their IT skills whilst working. This role is ideal for anybody who has a genuine passion for working within IT environment and that is keen to learn and progress in their own professional development. The successful applicant will be a positive role model and enthusiastic individual.
Apprentices will work towards the following qualifications:
The LMPQ Digital Industries Advanced IT Apprenticeship – Infrastructure Technician includes 4 internationally recognised Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) qualifications and the City and Guilds Award in Business Process
* MTA Network Fundamentals
* MTA Mobility and Device Fundamentals
* MTA Server Admin
* MTA Software Development
* City and Guilds Level 3 Award in Business Processes
Please ensure you can travel to Birmingham City Centre for training for one day per week.
