Your Impact:

You will be reporting directly to the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Supervisor, and you will be responsible for

Processing returns and completing triage.

Processing customer returns to ensure rapid and accurate resolution.

Enter customer information, symptom codes, etc. into the computer system.

Perform troubleshooting to identify symptoms.

Generate sales orders for replacement devices.

Ensure proper documentation and organisation of return equipment to protect customer property.

Assist with developing continual improvements to the returned materials (RMA) process.

Provide support to Operations, Customer Service, and other departments for responding to customer return inquiries.

You must be ale to pass an enhanced vetting check for this role

There may be occasions where you need to attend a customer’s site to support the returns process. You must be willing to travel in both UK and EMEA, this will be including overnight stays.

Must have Driving Licence and own vehicle
