Purchase Ledger/Admin Assistant


Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.

Competitive Salary

Your responsibilities will include:

Raising and sending automatic and manual purchase orders at volume to suppliers.
Chasing suppliers
Inputting and reconciling supplier invoices
Managing returns/damages and stock reconciliation processes with the warehouse
Assisting the Brand Management Team; helping to organise their upcoming daily tasks.
Ensuring that processes are followed and carried out correctly.
Assisting the Commercial Sales Executives to organise calendars and assist with handling emails.

You will:

Have excellent administration skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Have invoicing/ accounting experience.
Have excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Have good IT skills and knowledge.
Have excellent communication skills
Be highly organised.
