Salary: up to £25k per annum + benefits

The Role – Practice Administrator
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a real ‘can do’ working style.
• You will be working in a busy, client facing office, dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks to support the Partner in all aspects of the business, including Managing the Diary, Client Liaison, Digital Marketing and Event Planning.
• Full training on in-house systems will be given, however you will need a very good working knowledge of Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Programs.

Specifically your role will involve:
• Providing a high level of administrative support to the Partner
• Managing the database of clients
• Diary management for the Partner
• Correspondence for clients and providers
• Processing new business and writing reports
• Digital Marketing and event planning
• Meeting and greeting clients

The Person – Practice Administrator
Working in a small team will mean that your responsibilities will be interesting and diverse, so your adaptability and resourceful approach will be essential.
This is an important role and you will be supporting the Practice in a number of key areas. You will be a self-starter who is able to work with little or no supervision.

To be considered as a Practice Administrator you will need:
• The ability and confidence to quickly learn in-house IT systems
• Excellent communication skills, be highly organised and can make decisions.
• Proven work experience as an Administrator or Personal Assistant (Financial Services experience is useful but not essential.)
• The ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
• Experience providing marketing support (including social media)
• Good time management and planning skills
• The ability to manage your own workload effectively at all times
• Strong working knowledge Outlook, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs

It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
