Our Client is a leading International Engineering business, having won multiple awards, the company have a fantastic reputation in their industry, not only based on their successes, but how they look after their employees too. They have an extremely low turn over in employees due to their full investment in their team. Their work ethic is relaxed, team orientated, no feeling of hierarchy, whilst all the while remaining very professional.

What are we looking for?

Due to a resignation on site (due to re-location). We are seeking an energetic (Global) Digital Sales and Marketing Manager. After several years of successful growth, our client are now able to fully exploit their potential. This is to be done by increasing customer retention and attracting new customers. To achieve this, they need to continue with their impressive marketing strategies. As they continue to grow the potential of this role is unlimited. Focus for the next 18 months is in the USA therefore there will be an opportunity for overseas working either on a short or medium term basis.

Your role

Global Marketing Lead · Design and Develop the Marketing Plan · Identify and Manage a Marketing budget · Act as lead contact for the Marketing Consultant · Continue to develop the brand Globally

PPC Management · Design and Develop the PPC Campaigns both with the UK and the Rest of the World · Identify and Manage a PPC Budget · Ensure the PPC campaigns are meeting the Key Performance Indicators

SEO Management · Design and Develop the SEO Plan · Work with IT Manager to ensure they are maximising our SEO positioning. · Ensure SEO is meeting the Key Performance Indicators

Digital Sales · Working with your direct report ensure our Amazon store is efficient. · Identify and Deliver further Global Market Places for them to sell through · Manage Key Digital Accounts · Assist with Managing the Sales Pipeline

Reporting · Report on KPIs on a weekly basis in sales team meeting · Report on Marketing Stats at Monthly All Staff meeting · Ensure the IT Team and the Sales team work coherently to allow the delivery of the Marketing Plan

Ideal candidate

Energetic - Team Player - Marketing Degree or equivalent is essential - Great Timekeeping skills - Passion for travel - Creative individual - Additional language in French, German or Spanish is desirable but not essential

Hours/Location

830am-5pm Monday to Friday

Package

£20-£25k per annum (DOE) plus annual bonus

23 days holiday (increased by 1 day per year thereafter)
