A great opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Billing Specialist working 25 hours per week to join a fantastic company based in Slough. Operating under supervision, the Billing Specialist is accountable for all aspect of billing, revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations.

Job duties include:

* To read, understand (so as to identify Revenue Reconciliation deal breakers) and load on to SAP all contracts received.

* Maintain contracts on SAP

* Issue invoices and credit memos to customers.

* Reviewing and calculating billable expenses

* Filling customer invoices.

* Update, Customer PO log, contract and invoice register.

* AR and Deferred GL account reconciliations.

* Revenue recognition.

* Complete and file SOX documentation.

* Communicate regularly with Project and Finance Managers to ensure all information is received.

To be considered:

* Minimum of A-Levels or equivalent required. Degree preferred.

* Minimum 1 years’ experience of contract billing preferably in a shared service centre.
