Comms Planning Manager - Brand
The Comms Planning Manager is an essential function in the planning and delivery of marketing activity as part of the wider Comms Planning team. This role will encompass working across a variety of media channels, including TV, print, OOH, radio, digital and partnerships. You will work closely with external agencies to plan and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns that appeal to our target audiences and drive brand consistency over time. As part of this, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the marketing function, leading regular working groups for key campaigns to ensure full integration and channel alignment.
What you will be doing
As a Comms Planning Manager, you will work with your line manager (Senior Comms Planning Manager) on the delivery of cross-channel brand marketing campaigns, aimed at driving awareness and consideration whilst also supporting tactical trading needs. You will be required to support both short and long term marketing priorities throughout the year, including destinations, products and seasonal campaigns such as launches and lates.
It is essential to keep a close eye on competitor and wider industry activity to feed into our strategy of developing and executing campaigns that are inspiring, have clear market stand-out, are integrated and optimised for performance. You will be required to prove the success of all marketing activity, sharing results with the wider team on a regular basis.
The ability to work under pressure is important for this role, as is ensuring a high level of attention to detail across all activity, as business critical data will need to be analysed and recommendations delivered for improvements in processes and efficiency.
You will be highly organised and effective at balancing competing priorities, leading the delivery of simultaneous projects to completion whilst adhering to tactical requirements.

• Degree educated
• Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering marketing campaigns across offline and digital
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired results
• Experience in liaising with external creative and media agencies
• Proven experience of collaborating with other teams in order to deliver against a share objective or goal
• Extremely organised and ability to work under pressure
• Commercially focused with numerical ability
• Excellent oral and written communicator
• Logical thinker
