Artist Support Assistant

Juice is thrilled to be working in partnership with an exciting client that works within the music industry as they search for a hardworking Artists Support Assistant to join their team, you’ll even get to work at home with state-of-the-art equipment provided!
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (a native French speaker, or highly fluent), both written and verbal, and will be highly competent in prioritising work. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, who enjoys working collaboratively with others but is also able to work independently, using their initiative.
Your day to day…
Working in a collaborative team you’ll typically be doing:
Answering Artist Support helpdesk tickets using ZenDesk and related online tools.
Attend regular support meetings and training sessions.
Prioritise workload and provide ticket reports to Supervisor when requested.
Review releases submitted by artists using Shazam and online tools.
Fluent French both written and spoken
Proven experience in a customer facing or other relevant role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organisational skills.
