Healthcare Assistant - Up to 18 Hours - 4 evenings per week

And right now, we’re looking for an Healthcare Assistant to join our Bath Twilight community team based at St Martins Hospital Bath to help us continue to change things for the better.

The Community Nursing service aims to prevent hospital admissions and facilitate hospital discharge to allow people to remain in their own homes. The team provides nursing care to housebound patients in non-hospital settings such as a patient's home and residential homes, whilst delivering high quality comprehensive holistic nursing care.

You will work alongside fellow dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professionals to deliver holistic health care for patients by actively listening, understanding and responding to patients needs. You'll be supported to deliver care in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

This is an opportunity to put your can do attitude and work ethic to great use. You will also possess a NVQ level 3, as well asexcellent organisational and time management skills. Previous Community Nursing experience is also desirable. With strong communication and a flexible approach will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
