Service Delivery Manager
Im working with a client within the legal sector who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager...
- At least 5 experience working in IT Support in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 and Exchange
- Experience of working with Citrix and remote working support
- Experience of working with iManage or equivalent document management tools an advantage but not essential.
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework, certification an advantage
- Excellent team player, collaborative and inclusive in approach
- Ability to communicate effectively both within the team and with all levels of the business
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within a busy support environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work well under pressure
