Our client is looking for a customer service executive/administrator who can work with retailers in order to resolve customer complaints/issues and have strong administration skills.
You will have a pro-active, commercial approach to customer issues - all of which can be very different and complex.
You will be comfortable with your decision making skills and have a background in the furniture retail market.
You'll understand consumer rights and know when escalations are needed for issues. You will be honest, stand by your approach and deal with service issues from start to finish, with the company reputation for quality products at the heart of your decision making abilities.
