Digital Marketing Manager
Have you been in your marketing role for several years now and feel like the time is right for you to move onto the next challenge?
You'll need to have a marketing background but specifically, digital marketing knowledge. Ultimately, you're going to be responsible for understanding the customers online journey which in turn will have you optimising content across the website.
You'll be directly managing a marketing assistant to plan and deliver the promotional campaign calendar from an online perspective. This will also see you working cross functionally with other teams to gather the information and collateral you'll need to create the best online promotion. You'll then be the responsible for reporting on the success of the campaigns using online tools including google analytics and compiling these stats to highlight areas that worked and areas that maybe didn't. You'll need to be confident as you will then need to show these to the necessary individuals and provide commentary on what the stats mean.
Like any website there is always changes that can be made to improve the customer journey and some of which you'll manage via the CMS however some will need an agency and tech team to update. You'll be the key person responsible for managing any required changes internally and briefing the agencies on what the changes need to do and look like.
There will be plenty of other projects that you'll be required to work on and will offer some variety to your working week.
