This is a rare opportunity for a marketing Account Manager with experience in data, CRM, automation and or martech to join an established marketing agency who deliver a first-class service to loyal blue-chip clients.

The experience we need.

- Commercial experience of database and direct marketing. This is not a hands-on, technical role setting up campaigns. You need a thorough understanding of the principles and best practice of database marketing so that you can advise clients and direct the technical team.
- Account management experience within a marketing agency is hugely advantageous. If you don't have this, you need to be able to demonstrate stakeholder management experience and the gravitas to manage relationships with iconic brands.
- Experience and/or an understanding of marketing automation tools is a big plus, though not essential.

The role.

It's the perfect opportunity for a client focused Account Manager / Client Services Manager who gets a real buzz out of nurturing relationships and who has an understanding of data marketing. You'll need to understand the basics behind campaign selections, data segmentation and profiling and marketing automation.
