Maternity Contract - 6-12 Months - possibly longer!

Seeking a Receptionist who has accounts experience (credit control). Knowledge of Sage 50 an advantage.

Must have good Excel knowledge!

Reception

Answering door/phone
Greeting clients/making drinks

Credit Control

Using reports from Sage 50 to identify and chase debtors
(via email and telephone)
Prepare reports for managers
Admin
Opening/distributing/delivering post
Distributing generic emails received to relevant person
Banking
Taking electronic card payments over the phone
Ordering stationery
Petty cash reconciliations
Responsibilities for keeping Practice Assurance up to date
Typing letters for senior partners (includes audio typing)

Other
Organising invitations for clients to go to Wimbledon (April and May)
Organising and Co-Ordinating various staff events
Agreeing advertisements in local publications
Organising Fee Protection correspondence/setting up/invoices (October and November)

Skills required:

Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise
Ability to self-manage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge of Sage 50 preferred but not essential
Audio typing
