Are you a qualified assessor/trainer or have a strong occupational back ground in customer service and management and looking for a new challenge?
TLC has vacancies for customer service and management trainers. You will be joining a prestigious OFTSED grade 1, national training provider to support with their levy employer apprenticeship delivery of new standards qualifications including:-
- Team Leading
- Customer Service
Experience of working on the new standards is desirable but not a requirement as training and support will be provided if the standards are new to you.
We are looking for candidates that have a passion for training, mentoring, coaching and wish to see others achieve and gain national recognised qualifications. You will be required to work with learners each month on a one to one basis developing their skills and knowledge. Experience of stand and deliver training will be a bonus but is not a requirement as training and support will be provided.
We are not just looking for qualified trainers but candidates that have a strong occupational background in customer service and management. If you are unqualified you will receive a complete training programme to qualify you to TAQA level 3.
Travel expenses are also paid to and from the sites and salary depends on experience and qualifications.
