Just like Adobe revolutionised 2D design in the 80s, our vision is to revolutionise 3D design today. Backed by high profile VCs and investors from Silicon Valley, London and Tokyo, we are developing the first enterprise-grade immersive 3D design software which allows designers to create remotely together, in real-time, across multiple devices and platforms. We aim to transform the future of digital creation through disrupting the current design and engineering workflows, placing the user at the center of the creation process. Our product is used by thousands of designers in industries such as automotive, apparel and film, across North America, Europe, and Asia.

*About the role*

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to turbocharge our marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with the founders of Gravity Sketch and be responsible for coming up with new strategies to help tell our story to increase our presence in the minds of customers, partners, investors, and future colleagues, and then roll up your sleeves to execute and take the company to the next level.

We are a product centric company. The core of the role would be to help users find out about, understand, and interact with Gravity Sketch in a meaningful way. Our user community is hugely valuable for us so a key part of the role will be to lead initiatives to engage and grow our community through tools such as social media, Discord, email campaigns, industry events, and content creation. Through deep and meaningful engagement with the community you’ll ensure that Gravity Sketch is used frequently by them, and you’ll use this community to target individuals to build the top of funnel for our Sales team. You’ll also work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure that we have appropriate coverage and content to be credible and relevant for our customers. Finally, you’ll crack our branding and messaging, and ensure that we have great ongoing PR coverage.

The successful candidate will progress on to head up our marketing function, and over time build up a high performing team. If you’re naturally curious, love rolling up your sleeves to get things done, are self driven and are passionate about technology and design, we’d love to hear from you!


* Experience in telling the story around a new product to a diverse audience
* Ability to communicate clearly and meaningfully with customers
* Prior experience with growing and managing a community
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Strong problem solving skills
* Confident and energetic
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
* High level of empathy
* Not afraid of making mistakes, comfortable getting hands dirty. Can do attitude
