£44,000 - £55,000 Base (OTE £65,000) + Car / Allowance + Benefits
We are a highly-successful UK-based Fintech Software vendor focused on cloud-based Order-to-Cash Accounts Receivable suite that enables them to automate processes, reduce costs and improve cash collection efficiencies resulting in increased cash flow.
We are embarking on an exciting growth journey, after significant recent investment in new product, and are looking for senior account managers to join our team. This person will play a vital role in managing the strategic relationships with some of our largest customers who are themselves household brand names.
Senior Account Manager Role & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the day to day management of your accounts, building a strong strategic relationship with contacts, predominantly within the Finance and IT functions, as well as being the voice for them within the business. The role will include supporting multiple customer accounts with concurrent support tasks and competing priorities.
Candidates should come from a software or SAAS background with an understanding of Accounts Receivable processes. Any experience in financial software, billing (including EDI), collections or allocations would be advantageous
The role will include the following responsibilities:
+ Strategic and operational relationship management throughout all levels at each Client
+ Lead effective Client communication on all aspects of their relationship
+ Fully understand and document client requests (working with Business Analysts where required) and work with our product, support and management functions to ensure your client’s expectations and exceeded
+ Add value to Clients by understanding their business and providing proactive support of their goals
+ Work with Sales and Customer Success Teams to ensure new key accounts are implemented successfully
+ Build strong relationships with all internal and external partners and suppliers that can ensure the successful delivery of support and change requests
+ Work with other members of the Technology and Product Teams to understand other key projects, products and product enhancements being delivered and the impact to your clients and ensure their requirements are fed into these teams
+ Support Sales Team during the selling process by setting the standard for exceptional relationship management.
In addition to a passion for delivering exceptional account management, the successful candidate will also need to show the following skills:
+ Ability to strategically build and maintain relationships
+ Commercially aware
+ Working in a collaborative manner with all teams and resources
+ Track record of delivering exceptional account management to medium and enterprise Clients
+ More than 3 years’ experience in an Account Manager focussed role
+ Excellent written and oral communications
+ Team player
+ Ability to operate in dynamic, challenging and fun environment
+ Prior experience with financial software and/or transactional billing would be beneficial
+ 3-5 years’ B2B account management experience, providing strategic support to large Clients
+ Experience managing Clients using software or SAAS solutions in finance teams
+ Candidates should come from a software or SAAS background with an understanding of finance, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and/or collections management. Any experience in financial software, billing (including EDI), collections or allocations would be advantageous
