This role will support the strategic development of the Supply & Logistics function across the Kingfisher Group. This includes identifying, planning and delivering the implementation of business model changes across the Kingfisher supply function.

The Supply Chain Development Manager will understand both external and internal supply chain trends in order to identify innovations that can deliver a step change in supply capability or efficiency. They will also be able to represent supply effectively with other business functions to ensure that the impact of wider business change on logistics is understood, planned for and delivered.

The Supply Chain Development Manager will work alongside other members of the Supply Chain Development team in addition to stakeholders from across the OpCos and S&L to successfully deliver improvement initiatives and high value strategic and operational projects.

The successful candidate will have experience of running transformation projects from a supplier planning, sourcing and potentially buying perspective. As the subject matter expert, you will drive efficiency and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.

You will have a manufacturing distribution background, an understanding of supplier planning and S&OP (Sales and operations planning).
