Anderson Knight are recruiting a Finance Manager to join an established charity based in Alloa. The role is to provide proactive and effective support and information to stakeholders across the business. You will report directly to the Financial Controller and will have direct management responsibility for a team of three whom in turn manages a wider team. Previous management experience is essential for this position in order to be considered. The main responsibilities the Finance Manager position entails are: Lead and directly manage three individuals within the finance team Maintaining responsibility for a robust financial controls and compliance framework Building and developing collaborative relationships with the Finance Business Partner and internal stakeholders Managing the provision of monthly and quarterly reporting for all business areas Preparation of annual statutory accounts, liaising directly with auditors as appropriate The ideal candidate will possess the following: Fully Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet tight financial deadlines Excellent problem solving skills Sound knowledge of excel including pivot tables There are added benefits to this position such as 32 days holiday and store discounts from many clients who support the charity.
