Identity Platform Administrator- 6 Month Contract

My client is looking for passionate, innovative and creative individuals to join their team. My client is a leading media company based in Central London and is always implementing new technologies across all sectors of the business.

The Role

* Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, testing, implementation, and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions.

* Identifies strategic opportunities for improvement of Identity Management based on industry trends, best practices and business needs.

* Leads the identification, analysis, and resolution of system design weaknesses. Troubleshoots and manages the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.

* Determines and recommends the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.

* Troubleshoots, supports and resolves system incidents, problems and changes.

* Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems is in place and completed.

* To work closely with operational teams, Cyber Security and Application Owners with provisioning workflows and the operational management and roadmap development of all Identity services.

A little about you

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline or demonstrable experience in managing and deploying complex identity environments.

* Experience of working in teams in the successful delivery of complex, highly performing and high-quality software systems.

* Proven experience of working with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Cyber Security Managers and Business Analysts.

* Experience of Agile practices.


* Work with developers/teams based remotely.

* Be aware of industry best practices and keep abreast of new developments within the industry.

* Desirable: Experience using GCP or AWS and Scripting experience using Python or NodeJS

* There is the opportunity for this contract to become permanent so our client is after a candidate that is open to the idea of becoming a full time member of the IAM Team after their contract finishes.
