Temporary to Permanent

35 hours per week

My client is a Charity that has a proud history of supporting those in our communities who are disadvantaged or have a disability, to find and keep employment, guiding and Inspiring people to realise their potential and achieve fulfilling vocational goals

My client is looking for a capable Partnership Manager who will play a key role in supporting a supply chain to guarantee compliance, quality and project delivery throughout a long-running scheme. You will be tasked with providing partnership management to ensure stakeholder’s needs are met and ensure performance measures are carried out.

Responsibilities

* Support with the initial roll out of the project across the entire region of Dorset

* Produce reports and documents

* Work alongside internal and external audit teams

* Measure success against agreed SLA’s

* Set clear targets and report on teams performance within deadlines

Person Specification

* Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service

* Demonstrate health and safety responsibilities

* Have a working knowledge of local provision, incl. local colleges and their outreach provisions

* Be able to oversee robust processes and controls

* Be organisation with great time management skills

* Be highly analytical with a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting target driven partners and strong communication skills across all disciplines. You will be reliable, committed and dependent with the ability to demonstrate sound judgement and confident in providing feedback. You should have strong IT skills across all Microsoft Office applications and a high level of competency using Excel. You must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
