Registered Retirement Living Manager
I am working on behalf of one of the biggest provider's in the care industry that requires a Registered Retirement Living Manager for their home care services in a retirement village in the Cheltenham area.
The client is an established company that offers support to the elderly, young adults, learning disabilities and complex clients in their own homes. They are currently leading the field with their brilliant customer service and they believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs.
The Branch/The role:
This is an established retirement village which is established and looking to continue to grow. The role you will be registered manager with the assistance and support from Director's meaning you can get stuck in. You will be responsible for managing the day to day duties of the set up including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties. This role is a full-time role.
You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the branch to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
