Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Works with management to establish and clarify the aims, objectives and requirements of the IT project or programme;
  2. Plans the stages of the project or programme, reviews actions and amends plans as necessary;
  3. Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
  4. Responsible for the quality of all deliverables and performance throughout the duration of the project. Schedules and attends relevant project-related meetings. Collaborates with the project team to create the project plan;
  5. Work with the Product team to resource and assign responsibilities on projects; Assess workloads effectively to support teams when defining the scope;
  6. Work with the Design team and determine the final design proposal and manuscript on the requirements of business; work with the Website Content team and responsible for the delivery of all relevant data;
  7. Submit project status reports to stakeholders; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to change;
  8. Identify problems promptly and handle them properly; be good at analysis on problems, improving the efficiency of the team work.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  1. Master Degree or above from a UK university or equivalent work experience;
  2. Excellent English and Mandarin skills (spoken and written);
  3. End-to-end Project Management Experience within a development environment
  4. Able to manage multiple projects/tasks in an organized manner to meet on-time objectives;
  5. Experience of planning, executing and delivering a variety of IT projects to scope and cost;
  6. Accustomed to managing and delivering projects within Infrastructure and Software development;
  7. Ability to balance the relationship between market demands and product strategies accurately and timely; grasp the changing of Chinese student's demand precisely;
  8. Capable of supplying effective requirements and reasonable product plans to improve the defects of existing product;
  9. Strong technical background with aptitude to develop technical skill set;
  10. Experience of providing clear and accurate documentation; Strong analytical mind and the ability to make decisions quickly;
  11. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with personnel at all levels;
  12. Ability to elicit co-operation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients and other departments;
  13. Experience of working effectively both independently and within team environment
