Our specialist Women’s pathway is a fine example of our pioneering work, providing a safe place for rehabilitation and recovery for women with complex needs. From trauma and abuse to domestic violence, our range of services is uniquely diverse and we have specialists in every area who understand the very specific and wide ranging needs of women with Personality Disorder and how to help them.

With the launch of our DBT Integrated Practice Unit (IPU) we can now offer you the chance to work in this stimulating and challenging environment, with a particular emphasis on supporting the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme. We have a long and proud history at the forefront of DBT and it’s highly valued within the Charity. As well as an excellent DBT organisational-wide support network, you’ll be trained by and work alongside recognised experts, following our structured 5 function therapy programme to help patients manage and control emotions more effectively and achieve behavioural control.
We have a number of exciting opportunities for DBT Assistants to join the team. You will assist in maintaining high standards of patient care and facilitate the full range of rehabilitation activities. You will undertake relevant DBT training as identified within the clinical area and will work towards co-facilitating homework groups, leading mindfulness daily practice, skills coaching and supporting the DBT Skills facilitators in delivering groups.

We are looking for well-motivated individuals with a keen interest in developing their DBT skills and knowledge.
