My client is a leading provider of IT Solutions with offices across the country.

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join their established service desk team support their SAP Business One customer base.

Applicants will have experience working in a technical capacity within a leading ERP solution, preferably with support and customer management skills.

Essential skills:

• A strong understanding of any of the top ERP solutions

• Support experience with Customer service skills in any capacity

• Queue management and prioritisation

• Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with customers

• Good communicator with a professional telephone manner

• Well-presented and a welcoming and friendly manner

• Efficient and professional

• Good time management

• Multi-tasker with a can-do attitude

Advantageous skills:

• SAP B1 experience and / or accreditations

• Microsoft SQL Accreditations

• Financial or accounting experience

• Manufacturing experience

• Technical Aptitude to apply current skills to new products

• Experience of the SQL Server Platform and configuration

• Experience of using Linux commands and HANA database platforms

• Understanding and experience of database querying languages (SQL) / programming languages (VB Script)

• Understanding of the Windows platform/Networking to troubleshoot performance issues

• Experience with Boyum Products
