An exciting position has arisen in Woking for a Payroll Manager. This is a temporary position expected to last a year and a half. The hours will be full time 5 days a week. This role will require a notice period of 2 weeks or less. Payment for this position will be the equivalent of £39,000- £42,000pa dependant on experience.


Main Duties:

As payroll manager you will oversee the outsourced monthly payroll to the agreed timescale. You will be ensure all staff are paid to the correct time frame. Alongside this, you will be creating monthly reports, conducting annual pension reviews, creating annual HMRC returns, processing expenses, reviewing SOXs processes and handling internal and external queries.


Key Requirements

A working knowledge of HMRC PAYE/NI rules

Intermediate level Excel skills

Be a highly organised individual

A clear communicator

Be able to work under pressure
