What do the team do?
At giffgaff, we believe in something simple — a better way to do mobile. It’s a belief that gets us up in the morning ready to challenge the old ways of doing things. We’re not about shouting and stamping our feet because with our members; we don’t need to. We’re just getting on with it.
You’ll be part of Team Content, working closely with our product teams, UX designers and the wider content group. You’ll help deliver marvellous member experiences, launch new products and look for new opportunities for giffgaff to reach out and engage with our members.

As a Content Manager, reporting into the Head of Content, you’ll be placed at the centre of our product teams helping giffgaff propel itself further into the lead as a customer-centered mobile provider.
You will have experience working in a fast pace, agile environment, working closely with the UX designers, and have an understanding of visual design helping to develop the end-to-end user experience. As well as supporting web development, working from a mobile-first perspective, you’ll also have an understanding of App content too.

Knowledge of web / app user experience design (UX)
Demonstrable experience in a similar content management role
