NC Associates are looking for a Part time experienced Payroll Assistant to join a dynamic and growing organisation based in Wrexham. This role will suit somebody who is looking for a part time role (up to 25 hours per week) and who has the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Processing starters and leavers

  • Checking and supporting the end to end payroll process
  • Resolve any payroll queries and communicate to employees
  • Ensuring that all SSP, SMP, SPP, OT calculations are correctly performed by the system
  • Send out P45s to any leaving members of staff
  • Entering/amending any pension information
  • Checking for any discrepancies
  • Remain up to date with all employment and payroll legislation
  • Processing any changes to bank details or personal details

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

  • Relevant payroll experience within a similar role
  • Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of end to end Payroll processing
  • Sage Payroll
  • Have experience of processing timesheets
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload to strict deadlines
