The Company

Our client is a Global Public Relations and Integrated Communications Partner.

The Job

  • Good ability to edit and proofread written communication
  • Supporting managers on marketing campaigns, maintaining client lists and research
  • Handling calls and dealing with requests in a polite and professional manner
  • Supporting with the completion of RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (request for proposal) documents
  • Helping with the creation of company credentials for new opportunities and supporting with the development of pitch documents
  • Helping with creating new case studies by working with teams across the business
  • Supporting with social media channels (via Hootsuite), campaign planning and execution
  • Helping to run marketing events, assisting in planning and on the day logistics
  • Supporting with internal projects (from system roll outs to working with the client teams)
  • Database management
  • Supporting the New Business Coordinator to keep the pipeline updated and use Salesforce to track leads and opportunities
  • Working across all marketing campaigns with the Head of Marketing and New Business and Marketing Coordinator
  • Brainstorm ideas for new thought leadership / events / ways of working in order to achieve business goals
  • Keeping up to date with media schedules, monitoring press, managing clippings
  • Admin support for the team including raising purchase orders, setting up new suppliers and diary management
  • Helping to update and maintain the website via an Umbraco CMS
