A successful fast growing Fintech consumer lending business with 200 staff based in the UK. They are the market leader in their sector, with fantastic modern office and a great working environment.

This role forms part of the day to day team function that works very closely with their remote regional sales team and the dealer support team to ensure any dealers within a geographical area are kept in contact with and continued business is generated so includes direct liaison with the company's introducers by telephone and by correspondence ensuring accuracy at all times and that the processes and procedures are followed ensuring the daily workload is completed to the highest levels of accuracy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in pro-active call centre environment / sales experience in a high energy environment
- Experience of working in a team in an office environment
- Experience of liaising directly with dealerships (desirable)
- Customer focused approach
- Enthusiastic 'can do' pro-active attitude
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work as part of a team but also individually
- Reliable member of the team
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
