Global luxury footwear brand requires a HR Administrator for their London Head Office urgently. You will working alongside another HR Administrator and support her with administrative HR/recruitment support.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Forming and maintaining employee records.
*Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave, payroll info.
*Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
*Managing the Recruitment inbox.
*Screen cvs.
*Communicating with external partners.
*Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
*Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.

This is a temporary role, paying £12 per hour, starting ASAP for the next 2 months. Working hours are 10am - 6pm. The ideal candidate will have some HR Admin experience, preferably withing retail.
