A market leading provider and a division of a globally recognisable brand are seeking an exemplary Field Service Manager to lead its operations. The company installs and maintains technical machinery and equipment throughout the UK.

The division’s growth has been swift and extremely impressive with current annual revenue of c£300million in the UK.

As a Field Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading significant field-based teams of Service Engineers - developing, empowering and motivating people.
• Developing a modern culture of change, driving low-cost strategies in a continuous improvement environment.
• Setting and agreeing on key performance targets, monitoring and assessing performance against these targets and providing coaching and support where appropriate to maximise achievement.
• Delivering excellent service in a heavily customer facing environment.

To be a successful Field Service Manager, you will have the following skills and experiences:

• A background in leading teams of field-based personnel, (e.g. engineers or other technical, customer-facing specialists) or in logistics, supply chain and distribution.
• Thrive on change, be willing to explore new opportunities and challenge the status quo.
• Experience at senior operations or another relevant level within a similar sized or a larger business.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or other Continuous Improvement techniques.
• P&L and inventory management experience.
• A graduate or equivalent with significant leadership experience.

In return for this managerial role, you will receive a salary of up to £90,000 per annum plus a bonus and other standard benefits.
