These roles will be both managing existing accounts and developing a new business pipeline on the hygiene contract services side of their business. You will be selling to the public sector and private industries alike. With salaries depending on experience of 28-32 basic and a strong uncapped ote of £60,000 plus car and benefits. The role of the Account Manager is pivotal to the success of the division and growth plans of the company alike.

Main Accountabilities

· To achieve and exceed retention and growth targets

· Manage, retain and develop a defined portfolio of existing customers within the regional account sector

· Drive sales opportunities effectively through the existing portfolio and new business development pipeline

· Renegotiate contractual agreements to retain existing customers

Skills, attributes and behaviour

· Excellent track record in business retention and new business growth

· Excellent knowledge of the company’s purpose values and vision

· Excellent knowledge of the company’s sales proposition

· Knowledge of the market, industry and competitor organisations

· Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales process developing relationships with all buying

· Possess sound commercial acumen and understand the importance of business forecasting

· Have a positive attitude with a willingness to accept change, adapt and learn in a challenging environment
