An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Quality Inspector to join a strongly successful and global company at their Stoke on Trent site. The Quality Inspector will be an integral role to the business, working closely with Senior staff and Directors.

Job Description:

As a Quality Inspector you’ll gain exposure to all areas of the company and will monitor operations to ensure production standards are met and to recommend adjustments to the production process. You’ll review policies and procedures as well as get hands on with testing and observing results and trends.

The Quality Inspector role will involve:

* Reading technical drawings

* Conducting visual and measurement tests

* Approving in-process production by confirming specifications

* Approving finished products by confirming specifications

* Communicating any required adjustments and rework

* Document inspection results by completing reports and logs

Candidate Requirements:

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll have experience of problem solving and innovation and will have come from a technical and hands on background ideally within the fabrication industry. You will understand tolerance specifications and will be able to work towards various policies and regulations.

You should have the following attributes:

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am till 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am till 1:35pm

Salary: £22,000 to £23,000
