A nice opportunity has been created working for a growing distribution firm as an Accounts Assistant. My client is happy to offer progression and study support for the right individual.
The role sits within a small finance team and will report into the FD.

The role will encompass the following:

- Posting transactions to the nominal ledger

- Processing supplier invoices & dealing with supplier queries

- Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues relating to delivery notes, invoices and payments.

- Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring suppliers are paid on time

- Raising intercompany invoices and reconciling intercompany balances

- Keeping invoices and related documents organised.

- Reconciling sales invoices and liaising with debtors to resolve issues

- Posting bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts

- Basic bookkeeping knowledge essential

· Use of SAGE 200 preferable

Due to location you must have access to your own transoprt.
