Our client is a Grade 1 National Training provider who is looking to recruit an Employer Engagement Consultant to join their apprenticeships team.

Location: Covering Bedfordshire, Bucks and Herts areas - based at either Luton or Stevenage

Salary: Up to £26k basic with uncapped bonus paid monthly

As an Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant/ Employer Engagement Consultant you will be responsible for securing Apprenticeship vacancies with employers across the region. You will be responsible for recruiting young people for these vacancies from the National Apprenticeship Service vacancy website and the company's Study Programme and Traineeship provision. The successful candidate should have a strong background in sales, employer engagement and ideally have a good understanding of the education system and apprenticeships sector. You will have excellent networking and communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.


Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered:

* Experience in a 360 degree recruitment role or Employer Engagement role/ Business development

* Strong track record of working to targets and KPI's

* Sales and business Development experience

* Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment

* Ability to be a self starter and work on own initiative

* Full clean driving licence and access to vehicle essential
