Agency Support Adviser (12 Month Contract)
An excellent opportunity has arisen in Cardiff for one of the UK's largest Insurance Providers. This highly recognised company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to be recruited as the Agency Support Adviser in a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with the high possibility of the role being made permanent due to the size of the company.
In this role, you will provide an excellent and consistent support service to all Intermediaries and internal customers in regards of investigation of commission or fee related queries. You will maintain excellent records of your work and you will be able to effectively
To be successful in this role, you will have solid written and verbal communication skills and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, also the ability to build relationships with contacts while maintaining strong initiative. Experience dealing with Intermediaries or dealing with financial support will be a desirable.
The right candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:00, you will receive on the job training, a generous salary, 22 days holidays (with potential to rise to 26 days) an excellent pension scheme and you will be rewarded with a fantastic annual bonus.
