As a registered nurse (Adult / Mental Health) you will lead and motivate the care team to provide the best levels of care. You will carry out resident assessments and support the team to implement a person-centred care plan for each person in your care. You can expect true autonomy as you carry out diverse clinical responsibilities and you’ll be encouraged to continually develop your clinical skills with support from our internal team and the wider medical community.
As an Ashberry nurse at Heathercroft, you’ll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. Your role is about spending time with your residents, getting to know them, their family and friends. You will have a key team leadership role.
Heathercroft is an 88 bedded care home for the elderly, specialising in Residential, EMI Residential and General Nursing Care located in the leafy residential area of Woolston on the outskirts of Warrington. An active NMC PIN
Experience in producing well-developed care plans
A dedicated and compassionate nature
An understanding of regulatory frameworks
Ability to lead a care team
